Doneraile Arts Fest at Nano Nagle Birthplace
Doneraile Arts Fest is delighted to bring two special workshops to the beautiful surroundings of Nano Nagle Birthplace this year as part of Doneraile Arts Festival.
Friday 26th June
Plein Air Workshop with John Thornton
10.30am–3pm
Spend the day painting amidst the stunning scenery of the Blackwater Valley, guided by Doneraile artist John Thornton.
Meditation & Découpage with Sr Alba
1.30pm–4pm
Enjoy a gentle guided meditation followed by a creative découpage workshop using layered paper and varnish on stone.
These workshops form part of the 250th anniversary celebrations of Venerable Nano Nagle’s founding of the Presentation Order.
Please note: the venue is Nano Nagle Birthplace on the N72 between Mallow and Fermoy, not Nano Nagle Place in Cork City.
